Count Function

Trying to count number of times a certain word shows in a range but don't want to count the word if another cell in the same row says a certain word. Example below of what i'm trying to explain.

Area	Task	Who
PR1	A	Electrician
PR3	b	HVAC
PR2	c	Plumbing
PR2	d	Electrician
WB	e	Electrician

I only want to count the amount of times "Electrician" shows up but ignore when it shows up in Area "WB"

Electrician

How about

=countifs(c:c,"Electrician",a:a,"<>wb")

got another one similar to this as well if you could help too

Area	Task	Who	Status
PR1	X	Electricians	Pending
PR3	b	HVAC	Complete
PR2	c	Pluming	Complete
PR2	d	Electricians	-
PR1	e	Electricians	Completed Late
WB	f	Electricians	Pending

So I want to count the number of items pending for crew but also ignore the pending if column A contains WB

Electricians
Pending	1

This is Awesome, i've been trying to combine formulas for the past hour trying to figure this out. this worked. I really appreciate this help
