Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
I looked at this post earlier.
I'm surprised you think we should understand what you want from just reading the subject title.

And to just begin with is name in column A

And why does it show Time begin but then you enter a Date
Should it not be Date Begin?

And is restricted a name.

I would think we need a lot more details.
