Hi all,

Debut post :)! Been visiting this site for a while but FINALLY i haven't found an answer and must now post.

So i'm looking for a method that maybe really simple using an assigned number per colour cell, use the number as reference return sub total. But IDEALLY i'm quite simply looking to Count cells that have been conditional formatted. Maybe then Macro this to self count.. whatever! haha

This sheet is used daily so it will be super quick if its possible. Basically i've used conditional formatting to highlight products containing text like "TB" as it's not always at the beginning of the cell (Cannot use =left2 therefore)..

I' really need the number returned in a cell too as I read online Macro can return it as a pop-up message box. (Pointless really!) :p

Any tips, formulas or VBA Greatly appreciated!

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Also I can't use the Filter option with a subtotal at the bottom I have seen online as I'm using 22 colours and filters only work with 6...
