Hi there,
I'm new to this forum so bear with me, if this question's already been discussed in a previous thread. If so, I haven't been able to find it and would appreciate a link :-)

I am looking for a way to count the number of green, yellow and red flags (xl3flags) that my conditional formatting is set up to return. For various reasons I have to count the actual flags and not the cell-value that generates them, and I have a really hard time getting there. Any suggestions?

The basic set-up is that I have a dashboard with 10 indicators (column F2:F11) and each indicator is assigned with a dynamic conditional formatting rule (not VBA). Is there a way to count the flags, not the values?

thanks in advance
