Count Certain Values, Based On Unique ID?

Hey,

Im wondering if there is a way to count the number of "status's" based on unique users. Like a pivot table would, and then place the value in the proper column.


On the users sheet i'd like to count the number of times each status (Column F) occurs on the events sheet.

Is there a way to do this without employing a pivot table?

Cool, but how do I specify that I only want to count for the unique user?
