count blanks or zeros and display as percentage

Hi there

I have the existing formula
=COUNTA(AL23:AL169)/COUNTBLANK(AL23:AL169) which displays the result 93%

I want to change it so it counts the blanks cells AND those cells which are 0 or "-" then displays that total number of cells as a percentage of overall number of cells, i.e. the 93% should increase.

Excel Facts
