Couldn't find hstbar.xla Error

Hi,

When I open an excel workbook, I get the message "Sorry, we couldn't find \\...\hstbar.xla Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?"

Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix this?

It appears that your workbook was using an Add-In named hstbar that it can no longer find.
