Greetings!
I need to develop several spreadsheets to accurately forcast monies spent over time.
What I am looking for is a model where I can enter a duration (e.g. months), a total value amount for a task and then choose a type of distribution.
The types of distributions that I am most interested are:
LINEAR, TRIANGULAR, TRIANGULAR INCREASE, TRIANGULAR DECREASE, BACK LOADED, FRONT LOADED, TRAPEZOIDAL, BELL SHAPE, THREE STEP, BACK LOADED BELL CURVE, FRONT LOADED BELL CURVE, B & W CURVE, and BMH CURVE.
I have example data for a ten month period for each type, but what I really need to be able to do is to change the duration for a range of 3 to N number of months.
Does anyone know of a free or shareware template or macro that will accomplish this task?
