I have 20 costs against certain areas

Example 0 to 1250 area is 0.46
1251 to 2500 is 0.60
2501 to 3750 Is 0.72
3751 to 5000 is 0.87

So on and so on up to 20 rows

How can I have 1 cell produce the cost dependant on the value of another
