I have an Excel file that when I try to "open and repair" I get this message: "This encrypted file cannot be opened or repaired." Sorry not on forum often so likely answered already if someone can point me inthe right direction

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I went into the file again yesterday and tried something I thought I had before- clearing the formatting on every line without data on all 6 tabs of the worksheet. I believe that may have done the trick so we can put this in the "solved" bucket. I will look at the re-direct for possible future reference- thanks!
