Correctly write If CheckBo1,2 & 3 are False

Hi,
Please advise how i write this correctly,its to cover If all 3 checkboxes are False.

If Checkbox1,CheckBox2,CheckBox3 are False Then.

Where are the checkboxes?
Would something like this help?

  If Not (CheckBox1 Or CheckBox2 Or CheckBox3) Then
    MsgBox "All false"
  Else
    MsgBox "At least 1 true"
  End If
