Where are the checkboxes?
Would something like this help?

VBA Code:
Sub CheckCBs()
  If Not (CheckBox1 Or CheckBox2 Or CheckBox3) Then
    MsgBox "All false"
  Else
    MsgBox "At least 1 true"
  End If
End Sub
