Is posting code considered 'distributing':

' It is not to be altered or distributed,
' except as part of an application.
' You are free to use it in any application,
' provided the copyright notice is left unchanged.

Does this mean I'm not allowed to post this code?

How can you copyright API for Windows?
Its one function!

That seems unreasonable.

Okay,

This had been resolved thanks to Mark O' Brien.

Apparently, I should just link to the code. Sounds fair enough.
