Hi, I have worksheet1 where I have a list of items and this is where I add, delete or amend the item details, I use conditional formatting to highlight certain things. In worksheet2 I use a formula to get the data from each cell in worksheet1 ([FONT=Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif]=worksheet1!A1 etc for each cell). Then in worksheet2 I sort into a different order which works but none of the formatting seems to come with the data. Is there a way I can copy the cell(s) in worksheet1 to worksheet2 with all the formatting as well?

Many thanks,

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
If you are just talking about the conditional formatting, then you would need to apply the CF rules to sheet2.
Formulae cannot see formatting
