Copying Subtotals to another column

I have a huge 2007 worksheet that I have added subtotals to. I now want to copy the subtotal total line to another column. Basically when I am on level 2 of the subtotal line I want to see totals for column X and column Y on one line.

I have tried to use the (F5) Visible Cells only feature and then copy to the column that I want to have the new subtotals added but it does not work.

I know I can manually copy the subtotal line to where I want the new subtotal but I would have to do that over 5K times! I also tried to add a second set of subtotals and tell it not to replace the current subtotals but since I was the sum on one column and the max on the other column it gives me two Subtotal lines per entry when I want them on one line.

Can anyone help? I hope I am making sense.
