Hi All

I am new to this forum so I am hoping you excel experts out there can help me. My question is, I have a pivot chart of data which is driving a pivot graph. I want to make a copy of this graph in another file but need this graph to update when the data in the master file is updated. How can I make a copy or can I only create a new pivot table pointing towards the master data, if this is the case how can I get the data to update without having to have both excel files at the same time in order to refresh the copied graph, I know I could write a macro that opens the master data sheet in order to update the duplicate and close the master file when finished.

Many thanks in advance
