Copying MS Access Database from SQL Server locally

I wish to copy an SQL Server database running on the network locally onto an Access database in order to improve efficiency.

Does anyone have any links/procedures to follow?

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Couldn't you just use File>Get External Data... to create a link(s) to the SQL Server database?
