Copying information over to a new spreadsheet

I have the below code to bring information over from another spreadsheet, but every time I run the macro, I get a runtime error on the bold section. Can anyone please assist?

Is the active sheet in the "Store Surveys- NEW- SM Blank MasterStorexxx.xls" workbook protected?

The workbook is not protected.

I dont see the sheet being protected either. Or im missing something and not looking in the right spot.

I get a
run time error '1004':
Select method of range class failed

That sounds like sheet protection.
