Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
I need to copy Column F over to Column G - But Column F is the result of a formula =(D135*0.25)+D135

How about just having a formula pull the value from column F?
i.e. if the first row you want to do this for is row 2, then in cell G2 enter this formula:
Excel Formula:
=F2
and copy that formula down for all rows with data.

I can't use a formula since I am trying to copy it to a different spreadsheet

OK, that definitely was not the impression I got, as you said you were copying column F to column G, and showed it on the same sheet (this is why details are so important!).

You can use Copy/Paste Special Values to copy just the numbers over and not the formulas.
You can do that by doing the following:
1. Select the range you wish to copy
2. Select copy (either button or CTRL+C)
3. Go to the first cell in the range where you want to paste the results
4. Right-click in the cell and select Paste Special
5. Select the "Values" button and click "OK".

This will copy over the numbers (the results of the formulas), and not the formulas themselves.
