Copying data to a new workbook

Hello,

I have a workbook that's set up to query a database and return values. I need to send this workbook to others who do not have access to this database. If you don't have access to the database, errors are returned rather than the values. What I need to do is somehow copy and paste the entire workbook as values into another workbook, or otherwise have an identical workbook with the same values without the database connection.

Does this require VBA, or does someone know an easy Excel trick to do this?
