Copying data(only from column O) from multiple sheets to a Master sheet

Hi guys,

I have data from multiple sheets that i need to compile together and need to paste onto a Master copy. I need only the data of column O from each sheet. i want to paste all the data including the blank cells as the cells in the first 2 sheets are blank but i still need to display it on column C in the master copy.
Have been searching everywhere for a similar code but cant seem to find what i want.
