Copying data from variable rows / consistent column numbers between workbooks

Hey folks, still kind of new to this – and I may be a littleoverly ambitious with my enquiry.
I have five .csv workbooks, entitled R1 through R4 and PF(data is in Sheet1 in each). Each workbook has a headings row and the datapopulates a consistent number of columns (A through N) but variable rows (e.g.R1 has data to row 185, R2 has 118 etc.).
I want a VBA code to copy all of the data into a specificsheet in a master workbook consecutively, omitting the headings in each.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
