Copying data from columns to a different set of columns on the same worksheet on Excel using VBA

I have a file that contains worker names and order numbers attached to them (column B and C, D and E, F and G), now on column A, The date runs all through that column. Usually i would copy and paste the names and orders and paste under column B and C, so i Can be able to make a report, issues with that is the spaces that would occur in the case one worker doesn't work on a particular day. Can i get a macro that would copy the data into column b and C and remove the spaces. Thanks
