copying data from 1 ppt to other ppt

Hi Team,

I am copying data from 1ppt(powerpoint sldie) to another 2nd PPT my data are coming in 4 cell install of 2 cell.. can anyone help me on this
facing this issue if copy entire data from PPT 1 to PPT 2 the format is not coming as per PPT 1

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
