Copying Check Boxes from Excel to Outlook as picture

Good morning everyone,
I would like to by saying I am currently using Ron de Bruin code:

It has failed to get the 15 check boxes and after a lot of research I have been informed that you can't keep them active. So I am looking for the exact way to copy them over as pictures into the email using his VBA. If I you need any more information let me know and I will gladly provide it.
