Hi
I want to copy the first paragraph, (the first 4 lines) from the article below into my excel sheet. When I copy everything and try to paste them in excel, they will all go into cell A1 and Wrap Text option activated by itself. I do not want that. I want these 4 lines to go into the first 4 rows. Now I need to copy each line individually and paste it into excel to achieve that. My questions, what make all these lines go to one cell and Wrap text would turn on? Thank you

the paragraph is this

You can use Excel's Consolidate feature to consolidate your worksheets (located in one workbook or multiple workbooks) into one worksheet. Below you can find the workbooks of three districts.
Before you start: if your worksheets are identical, it's probably easier to create 3D-references (if you have one workbook) or External References (if you have multiple workbooks) to consolidate your data.

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
The four lines in the link are from two paragraphs. Pasting them into Excel as unformatted text will result in the un-wrapped data being output to two consecutive cells - one corresponding to each paragraph.
