copy values only from range of cells containing formulas

have sheet that contains data that constantly updates.
need to do the following;

when sheet opens, create new sheet with Date as sheet name,
then copy values only from original sheet in A1 copied to newsheet A2.
then if A1>A2 copy value only of A1 to newsheet A3,
if A1<A2, copy values only to newsheet A4,
<a2 copy="" value="" only="" to="" newshhet="" a4.
<a2 copy="" value="" only="" of="" a1="" to="" newsheet="" a4="" .
<a2 copy="" value="" only="" to="" newsheet="" a4.=""
need this procedure for non-contiguous range; A,C,D,G.
continue until sheet closes.

here goes;

have sheet1 updating frequently with formulas in cells. need the following;

when sheet1 opens create new sheet with DATE() as name.
all copying from sheet1 to DATE sheet.
copy A1 to A2.
if A1 > A2, A3=A1
if A1 < A2, A4=A1

need values only copied.
non-contiguous range A,B, D,F,H.
should run as long as sheet is open, or preferably by a user-input start/stop timer.
