Copy value of column A to another tab is value in column D

Hello

I am looking for a way to bring the description in column A on one tab (Data) in the workbook to column F on another tab (Consolidate) if there is a value in column D on the Data tab.

There are about 2000 rows on the data tab it takes time to manually copy and paste the information.
