Hi All/Experts,

I have two excel workbook as "Report June 14 - June 20" and "Report June 21 - June 27" and each containing "ATT" sheet as first sheet.

Report June 21 - June 27.xlsm
Report June 14 - June 20.xlsx

I want to take the Top 10 in B, Q and R column by sorting Q5 by descending order but excluding "Total" and "Un Analysed" present in B column issue category.

When i sort then i may get total and Unanalysed also along with the others in descending order so i have to exclude them

I have a third workbook as "Total Datas" having a button in "Top 10" sheet as "Copy Top 10". This button will fetch the datas of Top 10 and paste them in the "Top 10" sheet here .

Top Datas.xlsm

Please help me in this regard as i am a newbie.

Thanks in Advance
