Copy to Clipboard but hide rows that do not have data in certain cells

So, I currently have a checkbox that hides rows based on if the cell has data. I want to be able to now have a button (inserted Shape) to copy cells L2:P40 but remove rows that cells M4:M38 do not have any data.

I want to copy this out to the clipboard as a grid with all the formatting

Here is what my Checkbox VBA looks like
