Copy Text in a Range of Rows with blanks in between to a list of rows with no gaps.

So I want to summarize data from one sheet to another.

I would like this:
A B
1 John John
2 Bill
3 Tom
4 Bill Peter
6 Rob
7
8 Tom
9 Peter
10
11 Rob

I found some solutions using an IFERROR command which do not seem to be working for me.

Would you kindly advise?
