Copy rows to Excel

Dear All, I am struggling with this issue for a while.
In the attached file, Question 19 corresponds to the quantity of product found at a customer's during the inspection (each product is on a line); therefore, as many products found at the customer, we will have as many lines for this customer. From this, I would like the answers for the other questions of the survey for each customer inspected to be repeated on all the lines referring to the different products found at the same customer.

How can we make it possible automatically in Excel?
