Copy pasting data from excel into company software tool

Hi guys I'm from India working in a financial firm. In our process the most tedious laborious work entails copy pasting customers a/c nos from excel into our software. then again copy the data from excel and paste it into the software.We at times receive hundred's of these. Is there some way/macro wherein the macro will pull data from excel & paste it in to the software,then loop to the next customers a/c copy his a/c no paste it,copy data from excel and paste it again & so on.
I have limited knowledge of excel your help will be very useful to me.
