Copy/Pasting cells with images without resizing

I'm trying to help edit a simple catalog for my uncle with little to no knowledge of excel. Whenever I try to copy/paste multiple images and cells to different sheets the images keep resizing to fit the cell. Is there any way to prevent this without having to copy/paste all 50+ images individually?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
