Copy Paste Values based on a certain cell value

I have searhced a lot but have not found any vaible solution for this.
I want to know if there is any macro for this

I have a list of columns in sheet 1 like this

Group a Group B

123 456
231 415
122 313
122 122

in Sheet 2, if cell A1 = "Group a", then all the column contents are to copied. For Eg A2 should be 123, A3 should be 231, A4 should be 122 and so on.

Please advice

Do you want to make copy only of column A ??
