The export data I have has Employee name as first row, then one to many rows of data, depending on the employee's activity. I need to move the employee name down to the row of data that has the totals. Each month the row counts will differ. For example, this month I want to move A1 to A23, A24 to A32 and so on for each name. The following month, it may be A1 to A20, A21 to A29, etc. Tried using Copy A1, end down to last row of data, then down 1 to total row, then paste, then down 1 to new name and same process all through spreadsheet. The problem is the macro recognizes the specific cell selected, not end down to the last cell with data.

you might have more luck if you can post a sample of what the data actually looks like on your spreadsheet. To do so, have a look at the Recommended add-ins at https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-questions/628649-recommended-add-ins-links.html and grab a copy of the MrExcel HTML maker. Once set up on your PC, you will be able to post a snapshot of your data. By displaying your sheet, you may also find someone here can help you towards your end goal in a manner that you hadn't already thought of.
