Copy, paste based on excel sheet name

Hi, Im new to vba macro. I have an excel file with sheet names in dd-mm-yyyy format. Its dynamic sheets. Sometime ill have only ten sheets, sometime 30 sheets(based on the month).I have another file called source with a sheet called Database and its headerrow is in dd-mm-yyyy format. I want to search in loop the dynamic sheets in dd-mm-yyyy format with the headerrow and copy its column datas to the dynamic sheet. It should repeat for all the sheets. pls. help
