I bought Bill & Michael's wonderful book, 'Pivot Table Data Crunching, Microsoft Excel 2010'.
However I have not been able to find out how to get a copy of the vba code used in the examples of the book. The last page of the book shows how to access the free online edition for 45 days, however the Safari website requires a fairly substantial membership fee that is not free. (even with the coupon code I was provided with my copy of the book.)
Does anyone know how I can get copies of the vba code in 'Pivot Table Data Crunching, Microsoft Excel 2010'? I would hate to have to retype everything - or even just the code I'm interested in using.
Thank you,
Stuart
