Copy Match and Paste Formula perhaps

Hi Forum

I receive a set of horse race information daily and the race name is located in column B above all the relevant horse race information

I am wondering if forum would be kind enough to provide me with a formula to match the race name up-to the race time and put it in column K as shown in the example attached in the google docs , the shaded yellow area is how I would like the page to look as opposed to the un-shaded area. Many thanks in advance.
