Hi,

I am using excel 2016. When I select "ctrl-c" to copy something, it no longer shows a highlighted border around the selection that was selected. Is there anyway to change this back to the default? This seems very strange.

Thanks

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Is it possible your Visual Effects got turned off?
(I am posting location for Windows 10 - might be different for others).

Control Panel - System - Advanced System Settings - Advanced Tab - in the Performance Area select Settings. Make sure "animate Controls and Elements inside windows" IS checked.

Otherwise - I have seen mention of a Skype Toolbar (browser add-on) that causes issues. Or you might try a quick Office Repair.
