Hello All you Excel Gurus,

I need a little insight. I have a template that has multiple columns and multiple rows. Set up with accounts, subtotals and grand totals. The template will have a Rollup total section on the top and multiple regions below it. My main issue is that it will be eventually be filled with so many formulas that my computer will have the speed of a snail.

My idea is that after I load my data, I can get a range of columns and save them as values. BUT if i update my data table, I need to be able to reinsert the same formulas (they are different formulas peppered through out) to refresh the template.

The easy part is copying and saving the ranged columns as values that I already understand that....BUT how can I reinsert the formulas? Any ideas?

Thank you!!!!

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
You could create another macro with formulas to be inserted back in the range. Use macro recorder when you enter the formulas into each cell, then modify that one to your needs. Use a fill down option to bring them from let's say A2:G2 down to last row or whatever.
