What I want to do:
I have headings in cells B1 to BJ1 which I have copy - paste special - transposed on sheet 2 in cell A2 to A61 . In sheet 1 I have skills from cell A2 to A49 which I have copy - paste special - transpose on sheet 2 in cells B1 to AW1.
In cell B2 on sheet 2 I want to put the data from cell B2 from sheet 1, in cell C2 of sheet 2 I want the data of cell B3 from sheet 1, in cell C3 of sheet 2 I want the data of cell B4 from sheet 1 and so on. How can I achieve this with a formula so I can copy it across to cell C4 to AW4?
I want to do the same on the second row and the next rows.
So what I want to achieve actually is a transpose of the data from sheet 1 into sheet 2, but with a formula, so if sheet 1 changes over time, the data in sheet 2 is also updated instead of me having to copy - paste special transpose the data again and again.

Thanks in advance.
