Copy dynamic range to a sheet in new workbook with specific format

Hi,

You can see 2 sections in my attached excel file. Section-1 is the sheet in source workbook and Section-2 is the destination sheet to be copied in new workbook. I need a vba to copy the required data in a dynamic range from Section-1 (sheet1) to Section-2 (new sheet) with a specific format. The essentials are defined in attached file as well.
