Copy data from one workbook to another based on criteria

Hi, hope you are doing well.

New here and love to work with excels macros to do my job easier.

I'm looking for an example on how to update a cell in sheet2, base in the info of sheet 1
Sheet1 have column C with the unique record number, I need to fine that record number in Sheet2 (column C) and if exits paste value under column F.
Please see mini-sheet if I making any sense.
