I would like to know if it is possible to copy data from one workbook to another including range names.

If it is possible, please advise how to do so

Excel Facts

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
I found this, try it for the named ranges.
Does not carry the data of the named range with it, I'm unsure how to do that other than a Copy - Paste.

Code:
Option Explicit

Sub CopyNames()
    Dim Source As Workbook
    Dim Target As Workbook
    Dim n As Name

    Set Source = ActiveWorkbook
    Set Target = Workbooks("Named Range Test Copy.xlsm")

    For Each n In Source.Names
        Target.Names.Add Name:=n.Name, RefersTo:=n.Value
    Next

End Sub
