Can someone please help:

I get data every week in an email which has been converted to Word executive summary which means the data is laid out in horizontal format as shown in the structure below:

header1: text....text
headers2: text2...text
header3: text3...text3
-text3.bullet1
-text3.bullet2
-text3.bullet3
header4: text4...text4

I would like to be able to copy this whole text and convert it from the horiztonal format to vertical to show like this:

header1 headers2 header3: header4:
text....text text2...text text3...text3 text4...text4
-text3.bullet1
-text3.bullet2
-text3.bullet3

The headers have fixed/consistent labels. So I am wondering if there is a way to convert based on the header field name or some other way?
Any assistance will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
D
