Hello!

I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish the below 2 functions, is it even possible:

1.) If there is an "X" in D and a value in O, then copy value from O to R
2.) If there is a Value in R then auto-populate a "X" in AC; AC currently has a formula of

which populates AD and I still need that to happen if AC criteria is met.

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
I am not sure I understand. If the formula listed as 2.) is in cell AC2, it will be a circular reference. From your screenshot, you have "Fair Market Value" in AD2, is it possible that the formula listed is in cell AD2? Try:

R2 =if(and(D2="x",O2="*"),O2,"")
AC2 =if(R2="*","x","") If the formula in AD2 is =if(isblank(AC2,"","Fair market value") it should still function.

Sorry for my mistype:
R2 = =IF(AND(D2="x",O2<>""),O2," ")
AC2 =IF(R2<>"","x","") If the formula in AD2 (from 2.) is =if(isblank(AC2,"","Fair market value") it should still function.
