Copy and paste into Web page opened

Please help to do the following..

1) Copy a particular text or number from a cell in my excel ( for an example J3)
2) Go to already opened page ( https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track )
3) Paste that text or number into the "TRACKING ID" field into that page. ( see attachment )
4) Click on the "TRACK" button on that page. ( see attachment )
