I already have a command button in Access that creates a report and prints the report for the user.

Now, the users want the same data from the Access report to fill in specific cells in an Excel Spreadsheet...

How do I do this for them????

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hmm, I dont have exp with controlling other programs from access, but I think I have an idea for you.

You can export the report to excel without any problems... .
Then when you have exported the report, you could make an excel-macro, which puts the needed values into the specific cells of a spreadsheet.

Im sure its also possible to do this from access, but unfortunately I havent done this before and dont know how to realize this.
