Coping from column A to column D

I want to extract the data from column A to Column D only the (Name, Category & Country), The formula works only A1 to A9, it doesnot work when i drag down. Some have any idea. I have large data in column A

It would help if you could explain what that formula is supposed to do.

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

I don't have such an old Excel version to test but try this.
This is an array formula so should be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter, not just Enter. If confirmed correctly, Excel will insert {} around the outside of the formula like this.
