Hi

I have an excel report and columns with values, I need to create a input button that when I insert a new rate and click calculate it changes the values in the relevant cells to the new values.

Example 10 and when I put in the exchange rate 1.5 and click calculate the values in the columns automatically change from 10 to 15 (Obviously the columns consist of different values).

Please assist.
Jenny

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
if you used for example A1 as you reference cell, and pointed your calculations to that cell $A$1 then changing that one cell would do what you want without VBA

Hi
The problem is there is no formulae in the data columns it is values drawn from a another system into excel in Rands and then I need to convert all the values in various columns to another currency using 1 click by inserting the current rate.

Try this use what suits
10 in A1, right click COPY, or select COPY or Ctrl + C

Select your values, Right Click > PASTE SPECIAL then select MULTIPLY
